We outsource our shipment and credit card processing to a third party shipping companies and a credit card processing company to bill buyers for goods and services. Product Ratings and Reviews
Joyridemotors.Com provides a product-rating feature that allows customers to rate the quality of the product. Our review system also allows customers to leave written comments to further elaborate their experiences with the product. All ratings and review comments are pre-screened by a moderator before posting to the site. The moderator may choose to disregard or eliminate comments that do not meet the guidelines. Guidelines include that all comments are truthful and non-offensive. Guidelines do not permit the posting of personal information or information for the purpose of personal gain. All posted rating information and review comments are viewable to all customers browsing our site.
Periodically, we may send you newsletter about our various products and services, or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. Only Joyridemotors.com will send you these direct mailings.If you do not want to be included on our newsletter mailing list, simply un-check any communications subscription at the time of completing your online order. All communications are sent via email and come with remove link feature should you decide to cancel the subscription.
Our warranty is provided by the manufacture of all featured products (Dirt Bike, ATV, Go Kart, Moped, Motorcycles, etc.) and is provided to you through us the dealer. All manufacturers warrant their vehicles for 1 month on the Engine and 1 month on parts from the date you receive your vehicle. We will service your vehicle under warranty at no additional costs. Buyers are responsible to ship or tow in your vehicle to our facility for any warranty service(s). Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty.
The following are warranty limitations and exclusions:
- Wheels (tires and rim)
- Extreme riding, racing or competition
- Loss of time without motorcycle
- Vandalism, fire or theft
- Crash or accident
- Unauthorized outside repair
- Warranty does not cover or reimburse any outside labor charges
- Warranty does not cover any towing or shipping charges to and from
- Standard wear and tear parts including but not limited to:
- Body Parts (fenders, covers, housings, etc.)
- Spark Plugs
- Throttle grips
- Fuel lines, brake lines
- Brake & clutch levers
- Light bulbs
- Seats & upholstery
Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned to exchange for new replacement part(s). New replacement part(s) under warranty will be shipped to buyer at no additional costs. Returning your defective part(s) will ensure we send you the correct part(s) and assist us in monitoring and correcting potential manufacture defects.
1. All orders are processed between 24-72 business hours. During holiday season, due to extremely high volume, it may take 48-72 business hours to process orders.
2. If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address has been verified, it will be shipped between 24-72 business hours. For wire transfer, Cashier Check or Money Order Payment orders, we will ship your order on the day the fund is cleared into our account.
3. If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address and billing address is different, we may ask you to fill out an authorization form and send back to us. Your order may not be shipped until we receive your signed authorization.
4. For merchandise over 100lbs/box, it will be shipped by professional LTL trucking company. For merchandise under 100lbs, it will be shipped by FedEx.
5. For shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and overseas, please email us or call us at 1-877-300-8707 for shipping fee confirmation. If you choose to submit order prior to contacting us, we will email you the shipping fee and your order will not be shipped until we receive further confirmation from you.
6. You will be emailed a tracking number after your order has been shipped. You can go to the shipping company's website to track your shipment activities.
7. Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee. Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be charged for return shipping and 15% restocking fee.
We value your complete satisfaction. If within 7 days of receiving your vehicle you decide you do not want your vehicle for any reason, give our customer service department a call and we may refund you your money or send you a replacement based our return policy agreement.
The following is our Return Policy Agreement:
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment.
- Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense.
- Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
- Vehicle must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days in new and re-sellable condition.
- This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, and accidents or have not received proper maintenance.
- All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages.
- 25% - 35% restocking fee may be applied according to the condition.
- If you have received your vehicle for more than 7 days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it for refund or replacement. You can send the vehicle or parts to us at your own expense; we will repair it and send it back to you at our cost.
- In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.
- We don't accept worn cloth, shoes, gears return. Unauthorized return subject to variable restock fees based on the condition.
- Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee.
